What you can do in the portal
The portal is your self-service hub — manage your child’s classes on your own time, without needing to call the office.
- Register and add your children — create a profile and add each child’s name and age. New families start here.
- View available classes — every class at every location, by age group.
- Enrol for a term of weekly classes — pick a location, choose the class that fits your child’s age, and follow the prompts.
- Re-enrol for next term — current families get priority spots before public enrolments open.
- Book a casual or trial class — drop into a single class without committing to a term.
- Pay fees and invoices — secure online checkout for term fees, trials and casual classes.
- Record an absence — let us know at least 2 hours before class so we know your little one won’t be in.
- Book a make-up class — full-term students get two make-ups per term. Record the absence first, then book the make-up.
- Update your family’s details — keep your phone, email and address current. Add a new child any time.
- See your dashboard — upcoming classes and recent activity, in one place.
